Solution
Muleshoe designed a 50' × 82' × 20' mixed-use ranch building that integrated residential features with durable steel construction. A 12-foot lean-to, large overhead doors, energy-efficient windows, and future-ready utility planning were incorporated to create a flexible space that can adapt over time.

The finished design creates one centralized property that supports everyday living, equipment storage, and workspace needs under one roof. By combining residential comfort with commercial durability, the building was designed to provide long-term value and flexibility for years to come.
