The building was configured to support multiple tenants, allowing for flexible leasing and use across different business types. Featuring (4) 12’ wide openings and (4) 3’ x 7’ walk doors, the layout allows for efficient access for equipment, materials, and daily operations. The clear-span frame system eliminates interior columns, maximizing usable space and flexibility for tenant layouts.
A Galvalume roof system provides long-term durability.
