Resources to Help You Sell. Steel to Help You Build.
You already know how to serve your customers. The Muleshoe Dealer Program gives you access to building packages and practical resources to help you take on more metal building projects.
Exclusive dealer pricing
Purchase your building package at dealer pricing and independently set your customer selling price. Eligible items and project scope are detailed in your quote.
Your design process
Use your own design tools or take advantage of our software to help customers visualize their building. Access to our software is an option, and your team develops the design with your customer.
Project submission training
We’ll train your team to complete the Project Information Sheet with the building details we need to prepare your package quote. Use that pricing to develop your own customer bid.
Marketing support
Work with our marketing team for brochures and materials featuring real Muleshoe projects. Put those resources to work in your customer conversations and local promotion.
Sales training
We’ll train your team to address price and lead-time objections and explain the value of a pre-engineered “bolt-up” building compared with a “weld-up” building.
A manufacturing resource
Purchase structural steel fabricated in our Columbus, Texas shop, along with the roof and wall panels and other components specified in your quote.
Your customer relationships
Continue serving the customers you bring while Muleshoe supplies the agreed building package. Customer protection and existing prospect status are documented under the dealer agreement.

Your Design. A Clear Path to a Quote.
A customer may know they need more space without knowing exactly what to build. Your team helps them develop the building’s size, configuration, and options using your own tools or our available design software.
When you’re ready for package pricing, submit the project using our Project Information Sheet. We’ll show your team how to complete it so we receive the information needed to review the request and quote the building package.
You use that package pricing to prepare your customer proposal, including the concrete, erection, and other construction services your business provides.
