The 40' × 100' × 16' facility was designed with eight oversized commercial overhead doors, insulated wall and roof systems, and ventilation features that help support day-to-day operations while providing room for future growth.

Vehicle Accessibility & Workflow

Because Southwest Diesel Repair services a wide range of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and ambulances, efficient movement throughout the facility became a major planning priority. Multiple oversized overhead doors were incorporated into the design to improve accessibility, reduce bottlenecks, and create dedicated service areas that support day-to-day operations.

Comfortable Working Environment

Insulation and ventilation strategies were integrated into the building to help regulate interior temperatures and create a more comfortable environment for technicians working year-round in Texas conditions.
